The practical side of your visit
Secure parking
Torre Mediplaza has secure parking. It belongs to the tower and is paid separately. Its elevator goes straight to Floor N2.
Coming in through the lobby
The Torre Mediplaza lobby is floor 1. Tell the tower reception you're going to GyV Medical and they'll point you to the elevator to Floor N2.
Patient drop-off zone
If you're just dropping off the patient, you can stop at the patient drop-off zone at the entrance.
In the same tower
Pharmacies, a bank and a café, so you can take care of everything in one trip.
Accessibility
There's wheelchair access and, if you need one, we can lend you a wheelchair at reception.
Payments and invoices
Cash in lempiras, bank transfer, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB cards, Honduran or foreign. We don't accept US dollars in cash. For a bank transfer, ask our call center for the account details. If you need an invoice with RTN (tax ID), ask for it when you pay.
Results
Routine lab results are ready the same day, by email or printed at reception.
The call center, by phone or WhatsApp, replies during Urgent Care hours. For an emergency, call the ambulance at +504 2289-8787 or 911.
Language
Our call center (phone and WhatsApp) and our ambulance crew (nurses and paramedics) speak Spanish only. Many of our doctors speak English — use the “Speaks English” filter in the doctor directory. For calls, consider having a Spanish speaker help you, or use a translation app.
